3. Lemon : Contains vitamin C and can reduce cholesterol level and the rate of suffering from hardening of arteries.
4. Pear : Contains unsaturated and fatty acids as well as anti-oxidant substance. Can reduce cholesterol.
5. Tomato : Improves vitality among old men and reduces the rate of heart disease.
6. Chinese cabbage : Contains anti-oxidant substance , vitamin C , B , beta-carotene , phenol ( anti-cancer ) , fibre , micro element : chromium that can increase the insulin level and reduces blood sugar level.
7. Subtending vegetable : The ingredients are identical to Chinese cabbage that can reduce the rate of colon cancer and stomach cancer.
8. Carrot : Contains anti-oxidant , folic acid , beta-carotene , for anti-oxidant , anti-ageing , clear the mind and blood.
9. Spinach : Contains fatty substance , anti-cancer , anti-germs , anti-virus and reduces cholesterol.
10. Onion : For blood cleansing , anti-cancer , anti-germs ,anti-virus and reduces cholesterol. According to the above points , we find that we must really heed on the daily diet and be cautious of what we eat ( eat more vegetables , fruits and grains ).
