The effective way of drinking water is to drink 200 to 250ml of the water straight away and not just drinking one or two mouthful that all.
Drinking good water : Try to avoid drinking distilled water ( usually the distilled water is too acidic and will harm our body and is not beneficial to our health ). You can choose to drink mineral water. If possible , try to drink alkaline water. Otherwise , drink filtered water that has been boiled. In conclusion , drink is better that do not drink !
Drink lukewarm water : During the hot summer , many people choose to drink iced water. Actually iced water is harmful to our stomach and it is better to drink lukewarm water because it can be easily absorbed by our body and promote gastro-intestinal digestion.
Drink with empty stomach : Well , you know you can drink water only time as you wish. If you only drink when you are thirsty , it may not be good. The effective way of drinking water is to drink it with empty stomach. The water will directly flows in the digestion tract and absorb by our body.
Flexible : The working people always neglect in drinking water. Or that they will avoid urine because afraid that others may suspect that they go to toilet just to take a rest. High Fibre For Diabetic Problem
The American Diabetes Association recommended that diabetes patients must consume about 25 grams of high fiber everyday. Symptoms Of Rheumatic Arthritis
The American Rheumatism Association has set seven standard of evaluation for diagnose the rheumatism :
1. Our joints normally hardened in the morning ( it usually happens for more than an hour ) ;
2.Basically rheumatism occursin 7 areas like finger joints , palm finger joints , carpus , elbow ,knee , foot , foot sole.)
3. Rheumatism that attacks hand area ( elbow , palm finger and tip of fingers ).
4. Symmetric rheumatism ( left and right symmetric ).
5. Rheumatic joints ( tumor that is hardened but not pain that has a vast area of dispersion. Normally seen at the knee area ).
6.Rheumatic factor with positive reaction.
7. Abnormality with X ray examination on hands.
If more that four of the above seven points are seen , you can determine it as rheumatic arthritis. The disease will also cause fever , muscle pain , tiredness , dry eyes or dry mouth. Few of the rheumatic arthritis with cause blood capillary inflammation and also attack our heart . Lung and kindney.
Rheumatism Treatment’s Latest development :
In the past 10 years ,rheumatic arthritis treatment methods have been improved dramatically. We now do not see it as a type of chronic pathological rheumatism.
On the other hand , we regard it as a disease that will transmit throughout the body. It will create great harm to our body and speed up the process of death. With this in mind , we have already changed the attitude and attitude and method towards the treatment of the disease.
What we mean by traditional treatment method simply means pyramid way of treatment. Normally the treatment includes non-steroid anti-inflammation medicine and rest that is mainly for speeding up the efficacy of the medicine ,anti-inflammation and suppresses the pain.
Though the symptoms can be reduced instantly , it still cannot stop the suppressing of rheumatism that damage and deforms the joints. When the efficacy is not correct ,we the efficacy is not correct , we can then take another step by using medicines such as medicine with gold metal base , quinine etc. If still not effective , we can then utilize medicine of cell toxication.This pyramid type traditional. This pyramid type traditional therapy must be done with safety as the priority.
The steroid that is very strong though can suppress the pain instantly but long-term consumption will has great side effects. So it must be taken with very minimum level and use it only in very short period of time.

Eat More Fruits And Vegetables
According to a campaign in America called “ five fruits and vegetable everyday ” (1991), the rate of cancer occurrence has reduced by 0.7% and 0.5% annually after the campaign was launched. Research has also confirmed that the phyto - chemical ingredients can suppress the growth of cancer cells and 30% of cancers can be prevented.
If we combine the Daily Five Vegetables & Fruits Guideline of Taiwan Ministry of Health and the American campaign , we can then evaluate the vegetables and fruits to be consumed.
Pertaining to the vegetables, they suggest that : Daily intake of vegetables must be three portions and each vegetables must be at least 100 grams ( about a bowl of raw vegetables , half bowl of cooked vegetables and the capacity of the bowl is about 240 cc. ) At the same time , you must evenly choose seven types of vegetables.
Amongst , the dark blue colored vegetables such as spinach , water spinach , light colored leaf vegetables such as the cabbage , gaoli vegetable , root and stem vegetables such as carrot , white carrot , potato , yam ,floral fruits such as straw mushroom , day lily , bean sprout , green beans , alfalfa , onion ,chili , garlic ,balsam pear , kailan etc.
On the fruits , everyday you must take two type of fruits. Each fruits at least half a bowl. The one such as water melon you can take 1/10 of the whole fruits , 1 slice of pineapple , middle size fruits such as papaya , star fruits you eat half of the fruits and honey dew you eat one quarter of the whole fruits etc.
Small fruits are such as apple , pear ,banana etc. The consumption of each is one slice or one peace of each. Take lychee at six pieces each , grapes at 13 pieces , strawberry at 6 pieces , loquat 6 pieces , loquat at 6 pieces etc.
Actually taking five types of fruits and vegetables is the basis ingredients of preventing cancer. For health reason , the best way is consume less oily food , less meat and eat more fruits and vegetables.
And everyday you must consume 3 portions of vegetables and 2 portions of fruits. This will enhance your immunity as well as prom ote antioxidant and also encourage rejuvenation and activeness.

I participate in Dr. Lee Yen Ping “ Stroke Health Talk ” , In his speech , He mentioned about how to prevent stroke , Here's how :
STROKE AND ITS EMERGENCY RESCUE
When a person suddenly suffers from stoke, the blood capillaries in his brain will start to rupture. Do not be panic and try to move him when this happens around the house, as this may further cause rupture of the capillaries. Just make him sitting comfortably on the chair.Then use the needle and poke a hole on the skin (about 0.3cm from the nail) of each finger. Let the blood flows out from the blood capillaries (make sure to burn the needle with fire to disinfect it).
When every finger is flown with a drop of blood few minutes later, his condition will become better. If his mouth is askew, pull his ears till they become red. Then poke two holes on each earlobe and let one drop of blood flow out from each earlobe. Few minutes later, the askew mouth will not occur again.
When his condition normalizes, bring him to hospital for treatment. If the above emergency rescue is not done, his blood capillaries will further rupture when he is sent in an ambulance to the hospital.
We see that many stoke patients become more serious when they are sent to hospital with ambulance as the vibrating automobile will cause further rupture to the capillaries. That is why though many of them still can survive, but their conditions have become a burden to the society. So if many of us know the emergency rescuing method just mentioned, we can improve the condition drastically.
脑中风放血急救法
中风时,脑部的微血管,会慢慢的破裂。遇有这种情形,千万别慌张,中风者无论在什么地方(不管是浴室,厨房或客厅),千万不可以搬动他。因为,如果移动则会加速微血管的破裂。所以要就原地把中风者扶起坐稳(防止再绊倒)。这时开始(放血)。家中如有专为注射的针,当然最好,如果没有就拿衣用的钢针,或者是大头针,使用前先用火烧一下消毒,就在中风者的十个手指间儿(没有固定的穴位,大约距离手指甲一分)之上去刺,要刺出血(万一血不出来,可以用手挤),等十个手指头都流出血来(每指一滴),大约几分钟之后,中风者就自然清醒了。如果嘴歪了,就拉他的耳朵,把耳朵拉红,在两耳的耳垂部份,各刺两针,各流血两滴,几分钟之后,嘴歪情形就恢复原状了。等中风者确定恢复正常感觉没有其它状况时,再送到医院治疗,那就一定可以 [ 转危为安 ];否则,若是急着抬上救护车送医,经一路的震动,恐怕还没送到医院,他的微血管差不多已经都被震破裂了。不要说是人医,就算是神医,也难以保全他的生命了。反观一般脑中风病者,都是在送医院治疗途中,经过一路震荡,使得微血管急速破裂,以致多数中风者都是一病不起,所以这脑中风在死因排行上高居第二位。其最幸运者,能保住老命,而落得终身残废,造成个人或国家社会的损失。这是一个多么可怕的病症。如果大家都能记住这(放血急救命法),遇有人中风时,就如法施救,在短时间内,他能起死回生,而且保证百分之百的正常。这个急救法希望大家告诉大家。那么脑中风在死因排行榜上,就可除名了。
