Herbs For Habitual Constipation
In almost all people’s life , there are instances when we may suffer from constipation at least once or twice. For majority people ,habitual constipation is indeed a very annoying problem. Some distributors ask me :I suffer from improper feces excretion even few days and my stomach feel very uncomfortable. I do not know what to do in order to treat this problem.
Constipation is seen as very minimum faces excretion with hardened feces. Every week our excretion quantity must be more than three times. The main problems are such as pain during excretion , swollen stomach and uncomfortable feelings. Actually there are many reasons leading to constipation. The most common ones being due to indiscipline life , improper diet , lack of exercise , medication , backbone injury , bone fracture at lower limbs , long-term lying on the bed and pregnancy. Apart from that , diseases of nervous system and mental disorder , diabetes , thyroid gland dysfunction , high blood calcium , calcium toxification , stomach surgery , narrowing anus and anus pain are all causes of constipation.
There are many reasons of constipation and most of them are temporal and not serious. To prevent it , you must heed on the following aspects :
1. Proper diet : Improves eating habit , do not take coarse food , take more water and high fiber food such as vegetables , fruits , five grains. Avoid fried food , stewed food , spicy food , alcohol ,high fats food , high protein food.
2. Proper daily life : Adequate exercise. Avoid sleeping or sitting too long to promote blood circulation , enhances bowel movement.
3. Calms down your mood : Pressure or over worry that leads to constipation.
4. Sleeps early and have feces excretion daily : When we sleep , bowel movement slows down. After we wake up , it is the best time to excrete feces. If you do not excrete in the day , you may find it difficult to excrete feces later.
5. Do not take any diarrhea medicine if you have not consulted the doctor : Some parents will do interstine irrigation when the children have constipation problem. Long-term consumption of diarrhea medicine will also numb the bowel movement. If the old men take the diarrhea medicine for a long period of time , it will also cause imbalance of ionized substances.
6. When you wake up in the morning , remember to drink a cup of plain water , light salt water or milk immediately. The drink can help to stimulate bowel movement and eases feces excretion.
Different Recuperation Methods :
1. Constipation : Mostly due to heated gastro-intestines , improper fluid system , dehydrated gastro-intestines. The gastro-intestines must be given with proper food. The seaweed and fruits are examples of food suitable for gastro-intestine health.
2. Gaseous constipation : Every night you can take 100 grams of white carrot and see the effect in 1 to 2 days. As carrots contain digestive enzymes , it can truly promote bowel movement and speed up feces excretion.
3. Weak Qi constipation : When the spleen and lungs are faxing the problem of weakened Qi , you can then consume bees ( 50g ) , every day 3 times for 2 to 3 days. It is better to drink honey is excellent for smoothen the bowel movement.
4. Weakened blood constipation : When you are lack of yin blood you may suffer from weakened blood constipation. You can then cook lotus root ( 100 grams ) or flowery knotweed ( 30 grams ) etc.
5. Cold constipation : Weakened kindneys will obstruction feces movement in the intestines. You can use walnut ( 30 grams ) : 1 day takes 3 times. It is good for nourishing the kidneys , smoothens the intestines.
Of course constipation is the sign of serous disease and must not be simply neglected. More important is that you must not simply drink laxative medicine or intestine irrigation medicines ! You must work hand in hand with the doctor.
