How To Take Care Of Backache
According to statistics, almost 60~90% of the population suffer from backache and most these people regard it as life time suffer. In order to ascertain that we could lead a healthier life by not having backache, the patients must actually have regular visit to doctors.
What Are The Causes?
Examples are nerves, muscle, bone system, wrong posture and psychological causes. Below we would like to further elaborate these problems:
1.Nerve, muscle and bone problems:

Help to correct our posture.

Including oral medicine, injection, and massage cream.

Good therapist can use acupuncture to cure your backache.
7.Surgery:
Also an excellent method.
Prevention & Maintenance:
Prevention is better than cure: we must have prevention measure to get rid of backache. And at the same time heed on the followings:
-Maintain proper posture.
-Adequate exercise and do not overload.
-Appropriate clothing.
-Suitable diet and nutrition.
If we have the determination to prevent backache, we are sure we can sure goodbye to the problem for a long time.
