How To Drink Water ?

The effective way of drinking water is to drink 200 to 250ml of the water straight away and not just drinking one or two mouthful that all.
Drinking good water : Try to avoid drinking distilled water ( usually the distilled water is too acidic and will harm our body and is not beneficial to our health ). You can choose to drink mineral water. If possible , try to drink alkaline water. Otherwise , drink filtered water that has been boiled. In conclusion , drink is better that do not drink !
Drink lukewarm water : During the hot summer , many people choose to drink iced water. Actually iced water is harmful to our stomach and it is better to drink lukewarm water because it can be easily absorbed by our body and promote gastro-intestinal digestion.
Drink with empty stomach : Well , you know you can drink water only time as you wish. If you only drink when you are thirsty , it may not be good. The effective way of drinking water is to drink it with empty stomach. The water will directly flows in the digestion tract and absorb by our body.
Flexible : The working people always neglect in drinking water. Or that they will avoid urine because afraid that others may suspect that they go to toilet just to take a rest. Here we would like to advice that if you do not to toilet frequently you may suffer from urinary bladder and kidney problems and cause backache. All you need to do is to drink eight glasses of water everyday to promote metabolism.
Remember to drink water the appropriate way. Water in the body is just like the oxygen breath in. The more water you drink the longer you would live and it is the better way to maintain the smoothness of your skin.

AM 7:00
After a night’s sleep , our body will dehydrate. Drink 250 cc of water when you wake up in the morning. This will ease detoxification of kidneys and liver. Please do not take your breakfast straight away , let the water you drink dilute into every cells and function in metabolism.
AM : 9:00
When you wake up in the morning , you would usually have tension and your body may have dropsy problem. When you are in the office , drink 250 cc of water first before you drink other beverage such as coffee.
AM 11:00
After working in the air-con room for some time , you must stand up for a while and do some light exercise. At the same time , drink three glasses of water in a day’s time to replenish the water loss during dehydration. Adequate amount off water will help you relax your mood.
AM 12:30
Half and hour after lunch , try to drink some water and avoid drinking that will make you abese.
PM 4:00
Replace lunch coffee or tea with mineral water ! Drink a large quantity of water to replenish water loss during air-conditioning and the water also can help to make you more alert.
PM 6:30
Before you leave your office after work , try to drink a glass or water. If you intend to drink water for the purpose of reducing your weight , you can drink more to make you feel fuller in your stomach and at the same time can reduce food intake at night.

PM 9:00
Drink a glass of water one and half hour before retire at night. Well , you have attained your goal when you have taken 2000 cc of water in a day’s time. Do not drink too much at once to avoid poor sleep at night.
